The Museum of Discovery is set to reach a major milestone with the unveiling of two new early childhood galleries, Small Fry Fish Camp and Curiosity Spot, on November 23, 2024. These interactive spaces, fabricated by Ravenswood Studio, aim to foster creativity and exploration through hands-on exhibits like a giant fish sculpture, a play café, and a 15-foot kaleidoscope. Additionally, the museum is introducing Sensory Cove, a calming space designed for neurodivergent visitors. This marks the final phase of the museum’s Reimagination Campaign, which began after a devastating 2021 flood and has since revitalized the museum with cutting-edge STEAM-focused exhibits. As part of its commitment to accessibility and innovation, the museum continues to seek community support to expand its impact and inspire future generations of learners in Arkansas.
